High in protien hard wheat has a beautiful texture. Contains folate, niacin, thiamine, vitamin B6, copper, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, selenium and zinc.
How Much: One serve of these large elbows is approximately 80-125g
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of water to rolling boil, add salt to taste. Recommend 1L/100g pasta.
2. Add pasta, cook for 8-10 min depending on taste.
3. Remove from heat, drain and finish with your desired sauce.
