Our biggest selling quinoa! Yes, it is Gluten Free, and people love to mix it through a big green salad.  I love to add goats curd cheese (chevre) – oh my, is it time for lunch yet?!

How Much?

Single full serve is 125g (makes 225g when cooked)

Cooking Instructions:

For every

100g of raw quinoa , add 200ml boiling water ( 225g cooked - 2 serves)

1kg raw quinoa , add 2 litres boiling water ( 2.25kg cooked )

1. Stir , cover, then bring back to boil, reduce to a simmer, 

2. Cook slowly for 18-20min until water absorbed , stirring occasionally. 

3. Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes before serving. 

* Mix through green salad, grated carrot or roast veg etc for delicious and nutritious meal 

Please refrigerate after cooking and use within 48hrs.

Organic quinoa , roasted garlic, toasted onion, dates, stock powder, pistchio, murray river salt, nigella, cinnamon, tumeric, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, coriander, and mango powder
