Four Leaf Milling began processing in South Australia in 1968, specializing in organic and biodynamic grains.

Grains are sown on their farm and other selected organic and biodynamic farms with sustainable, enviromentally managed farming systems and practices in place.

The millet seed is hulled, meaning the outer white husk is removed. It is an alkaline grain and very easy to digest. Suitable for porridge, casseroles, stuffings, side dishes, soups and gluten-free recipes.

How Much? 1 Cup ~

Cooking Instructions: Cook 1 cup hulled millet in 3 cups water for 25-30 minutes to yield approx 3 cups.
