Organic rice syrup, also known as brown rice malt syrup, is fructose free and a versatile natural sweetener. Made from fermented organic brown rice, it can be used as an alternative for sugar, honey or maple syrup, corn syrup, or molasses. This syrup has a mild, caramel-like sweetness that is scrumptious drizzled over pancakes and waffles, or in raw desserts and other treats! Half as sweet as sugar!
Suitable for low FODMAP and vegan diets. No GMO. No artificial colours or flavours. Preservative free.
How to Use? The mild delicious sweetness can be enjoyed as a spread, drizzled on pancakes, used in baking, cooking or drinks. You can substitute 1¼ cups of organic brown rice syrup in any recipe that calls for 1 cup of sugar. Depending on the consistency you may need to reduce other liquids in the recipe by ¼ cup.
