Delicious with a dollop of goats curd, some diced feta or drizzle with garlic yoghurt.
Perfect for a "fast food", easy to make at work or on the go.
How Much?
100g ~ just over 1/2 cup dried / 1 cup cooked
Cooking Instructions:
Place equal amounts of cous cous and boiling water into a container. Mix and cover for 5 min. Drizzle small amount of olive oil or butter and fluff through. Can be microwaved for 30sec to "revamp".
Ingredients: When cooked - couscous (80%), toasted onion, garlic, currants (3%), vegetable stock powder, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, parsley, ginger and mint.
Allergens: Made on premises that use sesame seeds, tree nuts and contains gluten.
Storage: Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight. Please refridgerate after cooking and use within 48hrs.
