Each jar can make 5* servings of hummus.
Once opened, store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
How to Use:
Homemade hummus is easy with Hummix.
Simply add 2 Tablespoons of Hummix into a blender. Add a drained can (400g) of chickpeas and 1/4 of water*. Blend until smooth.
*You can add more or less water into the blender depending on what consistency of dip you prefer.
**To make things even EASIER you don’t even need to add water… If you drain half of the liquid from the can of chickpeas, then empty the rest of the contents of the can into the blender with Hummix. We find using the chickpea brine makes the dip alot CREAMIER!
Can also be used as a salad dressing : 2 Tablespoons of Hummix with 2 Tablespoons of water ( or lemon / orange juice ) into a jar or a cup. Stir the ingredients until creamy, or if you are using a jar simply screw on the lid and shake. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious salad dressing!
