How Much? One standard serve of dried pasta is approximately 80-125g (depending on how hungry you are!)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of water to rolling boil and add salt to taste. Recommend 1L /100g pasta

2. Add pasta and stir occasionally. Cook for 9-12 min

3. Remove from heat, drain well and finish cooking in pan with desired sauce.
