Organic Cumin Seed 50g

Comfort food! Cumin refers to the pale brown seeds of a small plant related to parsley. They have a pungent flavour and aroma with deliciously warming, earthy tones. The seeds can be used whole or ground and a light toasting before use really brings out the flavour. 

It is the main ingredient in many curries and is extremely versatile. Also try adding to a tasty spiced couscous, flavoured vegetables or even chilli con carne! You don’t need to use too much of this powerful spice. When blended in small amounts with other spices, it helps balance out spice mixes and impart subtle warmth.
