Producers climb on each individul tree and "tap" the flowers to recollect their nectar twice a day. Coconut sugar is a great alternative sweetener for persons sensitive to fructuose since it is mostly composed of sucrose and it is rich in iron, zinc, and calcium vitamins and minerals.
Coconut blossom sugar resembles the taste of golden syrup and has a delightful texture suitable for adding gluten free sweetness to smoothies, porridges or desserts.
