Australian Fine Sea Salt 50g
Regular price $0.25Sea Salt is produced by evaporating seawater and harvesting the salt that remains. Sea Salt is generally more expensive than table salt because of how it's harvested. Some manufacturers for example, scrape the salt by hand from the surface of evaporation ponds. It is a light grey colour caused by the rich mineral content. Most sea salts are not as heavily processed as table salt, retaining trace minerals that are usually removed during the refining process.
