Rich, ripe, sweet tomatoes are dehydrated and ground into a fine, delicate red tomato powder. Tomato Powder can be used to make your own tomato paste by rehydrating with a small amount of water – very handy for hiking! It is low in Sodium, and very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol.

How to Use: It can also be added to any tomato-based dish for extra flavour and colour, it's perfect for stews, soups, Italian sauces, casseroles or pasta. Easily create homemade spaghetti sauce or put together a steaming soup with tomato powder.
