Potato Flour 100g

Potato starch flour is naturally gluten-free and has a neutral taste. It is an excellent substitute for wheat and works as a thickening agent in sauces, gravies, stews and soup. It also produces fantastic flour free sponge cake as it absorbs and retains moisture better than wheat flour, bringing out a delicious, fluffy and light texture.

Ingredients: Potato Starc, preservative 220

Storage: Store somewhere cool, dark, dry, airtight and away from direct sunlight to keep it fresh.
