Organic Sunflower Oil

Organic sunflower oil is extracted from the seeds of the sunflower plant using cold pressing method. Organic sunflower oil is light in colour and taste and has excellent stability without hydrogenation. It can be used in baking and cooking or as a spray coating oil for cereal and dried fruit.

Organic sunflower oil is very high in oleic (monounsaturated) acids. Sunflower oils are classed as high oleic when they contain more than 80% oleic acid. A diet rich in high-oleic-acid sunflower oil has been positively associated with lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides.
