Organic Jasmine Green Tea 50g

Green tea is made from the leaves from Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea contains a variety of enzymes, amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, sterols, related compounds, phytochemicals, and dietary minerals.

Health benefits: healthy cells, healthy heart, brain health, weight loss, less stress. 

Instructions: A single cup of loose leaf tea requires aprox. 2g (50g gives aprox. 25 cups)

Infuse tea for 3-7 minutes to your liking, in hot but not boiling water.
