Organic Elderberry Syrup Mix 50g

Great for fighting off colds and flu and supporting your immune system.

Ingredients : 100% Organic Elderberries, Juniper, Echinacea root and herb, Ginger Root.

How to Use:

1. Steep 2 heaped tablespoons into a pot of 2 litres of water and gently simmer 20-30min.

2. Allow to cool covered in the pot and add a sweetner of choice if using.

3. Drink warm or Decant into a jug and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days

Steep a strong brew that can be sipped warm with some added honey or taken as a shot cold. Can also be served chilled over ice.  Can be frozen into ice blocks and enjoyed as needed.
