Local Organic Kalamata Olives 500g

Organic tradional style kalamata olives from Willunga Hills Organic.

Willung Hills Organic is based in the foothills at the southern end of the Mclaren Vale wine region, South Australia. The rich gravelly loam and the moderating waters of the Gulf St Vincent make an ideal location for growing organic olives. They have been growing organic since 1978.

These Olives are grown and processed to certified organic standards as part of their commitment to food quality and biological farming.  They are cured using a traditional brine method before bottling in their own shiraz wine vinegar brine and topped with a little of their EVOO.
