Dutch Cocoa Powder 100g

For a connoisseur of Chocolate! This rich Dutch cocoa powder has gone through a process of alkalisation (to decrease the acidity of the cocoa powder) which creates a beautiful darker colour, less bitter flavour and dissolves into liquid more easily.

The Dutch cocoa powder is a superb dark reddish-brown colour and has a high cocoa fat around 20 to 22% which gives a richer, smoother and more chocolatey flavour.
