This mix is designed to produce fluffy golden pancakes, with a natural vanilla back note; they are completely like traditional pancakes in taste, texture and appearance. Also produce delicate sweet crepes

Instructions: Servings: 4 Adults

  • Vanilla Pancake Mix - 500 g / 2 Cups
  • Oil - 20 ml / 1 tbsp
  • Water – 750 ml
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well until ingredients are well combined.
  • Allow mixture to stand for about 7 – 10 minutes.
  • Pour batter in the center of a pre-heated frying pan and and cook for about 50 – 75 seconds on each side.
  • Serve hot with preferred toppings.
  • For extra body and flavour; use half milk and half water.
  • Batter thickness may be adjusted by altering water to suit your preference.

Ingredients: Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Sugar, Dextrose Monohydrate, Raising Agents (341, 450, 500), Thickeners (415, 464), Iodised Salt, Emulsifiers (471, 475), Natural Flavours (Vanilla, Honey and Caramelised Sugar), Natural Colour (100).
