These gluten free elbows are slowly extruded through bronze dies which gives the pasta a rough surface to hold sauce better, slowly dried for 48 hours to maintain the nutritional benefits of the raw ingredients , better digestibility and taste.

Cooking: Boil for 10-12 min. Drain and rinse well with cold water.

How Much: One serve of these large elbows is approximately 80-125g
